Just thought I’d share that I was talking with the lovely Kaye Adams (who you may of seen on TV and Radio).
I was approached by BBC Scotland on Monday by Robbie who’s a Producer and he wanted to carry on what Jenny (the founder and creative director of Cashmerette Patterns) talked to the Guardian about sewing your own clothes.
Here’s a link to the article click here
I was quite nervous to be honest as I’ve not been on Radio before but thankfully Mr K and Jane told me to think, not rush aka verbal diarrhea and not to use my nervous laugh ??? which thankfully I didn’t use, never realised I did till Mr K said to me!
It was really nice to talk about how I got into sewing and to encourage people that it isn’t that scary to give it a go so I hope I’ve helped!
My mum and dad got me these beautiful flowers to say well done bless them!
So if you fancy having a listen to what I have to say here’s the link it’s Morning show with Kaye Adams Wednesday 23rd October 9am-12 noon
My chatting starts at 2hours and 17mins into Kaye’s morning show.
Happy Sewing!
Sal
